Office registration.

Our daily office hours, Monday to Friday, are from 9.00 a.m. to 7 p.m. In this time you may register personally or be registered by your representative. For registration please bring your ID or passport and sufficient money for the desired time of attendance. Minimum attendance is one month. For a reservation the school fee for at least one month must be paid in advance.

On-line Registration.

You may also register on-line. Upon receipt of your on-line application we will send you our confirmation with further information including our bank connection to which you make your money transfer. Furthermore we need a copy of the identifying photo page in your passport. Then without any delay, we will send you by e-mail and by airmail our original Letter of Admission for presentation to the German embassy/consulate in your country. If you wish, for an additional charge this Letter of Admission can also be sent to you by TNT express.

After your filled registration form has been received, your request for registration will be processed.

You will then be informed about the next step in the registration procedure.

After processing and confirming your registration we will send you the BSI bank account Number so you can transfer the registration and school fees.

The Visa.

Citizens of the European Community do not require a visa. They can travel freely within Germany. Citizens of Switzerland, the USA, Australia, Israel, South Korea, Japan, etc. can get their visa extended by the Visa Authority here in Berlin. In countries whose citizens require a visa in order to travel to Germany, applications for this visa are made at the German embassy or consulates in those countries.

An on-line application for a “language visa” (i.e. visa to learn the German language in Germany) may also be submitted. Upon receipt of your money transfer, we complete all the required documentation and send it to you. You then have to present proof that you possess sufficient financial means during your stay in Germany. There are two ways to do this:

  • You open a bank account in Germany. The German representation in your country will inform you about the required amount and which bank to contact.
  • A person residing in Germany signs a guarantee declaration in your favor. This can be done at the registration office in Puttkammer Strasse in Berlin, here the link to website. If you are not granted a visa to Germany we will return to your account the fees you paid minus the registration fee (65.– euros) and minus an administrative/processing fee (50.– euros).

Before money can be returned to you, you must send us the documentation listed on the receipt of payment.
